Planning



The storyline behind our music video is a couple that is just not made for each other. They’re both instigators, stubborn, and act before they think. This couple would constantly try to get back at each other, see other people, and overall are just not a good fit. However, like most toxic couples, they would end up back together and in the end, the cycle will just continue.


In order to make the house we want to use feel more lived in, we want to use lots of props for our “set”. These include things like keys for one of our characters to drive, a phone for one of our scenes, and more. We don’t want to have anything crazy in our music video, just regular old household items you’d find in any other apartment. Since the girl’s taking her stuff and leaving, we’re imagining her walking out with a purse maybe.


Obviously, neither of us are guys, and we need one for the video. We have friends that could help us out, and in the worst case scenario, we can still portray the toxicity of the couple without the boyfriend present through visuals and phone messages. Hopefully with our planned scheduling we can stick to our original plan, which is to film the weekend before our project is due. It should only take us about 4 hours to film. Also we would film at sunset, up until night time so we can have that dark vibe we’re going for.
